Mist cooling has been utilizied for indoor / outdoor cooling for decades. Mist cooling can provide temperature reductions of up to 20 degrees Fahrenheit or 12 degrees Celsius, with very little increase in humidity. Utilizing one of our 1000 psi pumps, water is dispersed in billions of droplets as small as 5 microns in diameter. These microscopic water droplets then flash evaporate to produce the reduction of ambient air temperature of the surrounding environment.
Wine barrel rooms, greenhouses, book publishing facilities, agricultural storage facilities and other commercial environmental operations must maintain critical humidity levels to sustain operational parameters. High pressure mist systems, when installed with humidity control equipment, will maintain environmental humidity levels to within +/- 5%, without floor/wall or surrounding equipment wetness.
Utilizing high pressure fog systems, commercial clients reduce or eliminate dust and odor the environmental way, with humidity. Applications can be localized (spot treatment) or cover large areas such as waste treatment / transfer facilities. In addition, mist or humidification can be utilized in concrete curing and / or specialty floor surface applications. A relatively new application for misting is a concept called mistscaping, utilizing hidden equipment. Hidden lines and nozzles distribute mist fog in landscape settings, which brings a new meaning to the term a "jungle in your backyard". While cooling the surrounding environment mistscaping provides that unusual and uniquely aesthetic appeal to any landscape design.
